UCD Clubhouse Bar,
Belfield, Dublin

During the selection process for this prestigeous contract we worked closely with the management, designer and breweries to select the equipment which best suited the operating conditions with particular emphasis on the a future proof system capable of delivering ice cold temperatures without the inconvenience and running costs of using plug-in undercounter coolers.
We settled on a 9.0 kw Glycol system with two remote refrigeration systems, twin evaporators, twin circulation pumps operating on a flip-flop basis and an off peak economy operating setting
Three Glycol undercounter thermostatically controled heat exchangers were installed at each of the three service points which allowed us deliver three seperate beer serving temperatures to each service point.
Chrome Celli Lotus beer dispense fonts with illuminated branding and stainless steel Gamko back bar bottle coolers were selected to match the architects overall design and concept.
The project was delivered and installed on time for the start of the new student year.

Industries Airconditioning

The Clifftown House,
Saint Stephens Green, Dublin

In this popular Dublin Restaurant we opted for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Airconditioning equipment to enhance their customer comfort and dining experience.

As the restaurant trades from 7am to 12am seven days a week we were limited to the ammount of time we could work in the restaurant area however after consultation with the restaurant management we were able to successfully complete the project with minimum disruption to their business.

We used one wall mounted and one four way ceiling cassette with individual controls to suit the charachteristics of the dining room with a combined capacity of 21 kw of cooling or 24 kw of heating ensuring a cost effective solution to all their heating and cooling requirements.

Kielys2

Kielys,
Donnybrook, Dublin

When the owners of Kielys, well known to both home and travelling rugby supporters, decided to upgrade their draught beer system they again choose Premier Cooling Services Ltd., we have looked after all their refrigeration requirements since 1989.

With 50 pouring beers spread over three service points and a high volume peak trading pattern especially on Leinster and Ireland home match days it was critical to select a system which would firstly cope with this demand and give peace of mind and confidence to the pub management.

After consultation between the owners, breweries and ourselves it was decided to install a conventional water based ice bank system in conjunction with an independent glycol system with undercounter glycol heat exchangers replacing all the conventional plug-in undercounter coolers thus eliminating the heat from these coolers from the bar areas and reducing running costs.

This required installing two beer python assemblies to each service point along with the required number of glycol heat exchangers to cater for the ice cold products.

All this had to be done while the pub remained open and with a busy lunchtime and evening trade our working time in the bars was limited, but with advanced planning and the co-operation of management and staff of Kielys the works were completed in time for the kick off of this years rugby season.
